Pioneer's staff is truly global, hailing from the U.S., Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. Our Multi-lingual crew conducts business regularly in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German and several African languages.

President: Michel D. Allen

Michel heads Pioneer's marketing and purchasing departments. His international experience extends over 15 years in the heavy equipment and shipping industries.

Michel's education includes a BBS from Florida International University and a MIBA from the University of South Carolina. Traveling extensively to Africa and Latin America, he is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.

Chief Financial Officer: Suzette Allen

Over the last 18 years Suzette has extensively worked in shipping logistics and international finance.

With a BSC degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica (1992) and an MBA from the Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School, (2001), Suzette heads up Pioneer's international finance and shipping departments.
